Record Month for Production

December 2009 was a record month for SIL Panel Production. Three Special Projects and many other panels were completed and shipped ON TIME. A major project was the first of four systems for  a naval fuel transfer pump application in South West England. A busy day on 23rd December saw intensive work at Pioneer Pump inSuffolk to complete and test an important  contract for the Portuguese Power Industry .

New Diesel Slurry Spreading Pump Start Up in North Wales

A new 990 Series panel application in North Wales went into service using an IVECO  turbo charged engine and DODA pump. Features include local/remote radio control up to 6 km range.  Auto start and stop, pump divert to tank control and pump speed selection. Full shutdown protection for pump and engine. SIL attended the customer site to check out some new custom features specifically designed for this customer.

Perkins 1300 Series Engine Fuel Pump for Military Vessel Storage and Re-fuelling

SIL delivered the first of four control systems for and engine re-fit project at a Naval refuelling station in South West England. Control features include Local and Remote start and stop with full engine monitoring using the CAN engine digital data displayed on an LCD Display. SIL also delivered a multiple engine/pump remote control and monitoring desk for the station control room .
