To ensure our customers have prompt after sales support SIL provides comprehensive technical telephone support and our own staff, in combination with partner companies around Europe SIL is able to offer highly skilled on site support. After Sales support is key to our success. SIL plays an active role during installation, start up and commissioning of machines.
A key objective is for every application to be put into service easily and to operate without failure throughout the life of the machine. Maintaining a close working relationship with every customer is key to our success.
